Basic gomoku cooked rice

It’s easy to make Gomoku-cooked rice at home, which makes you hesitate to make it bothersome. Just cut the ingredients, put them in a rice cooker, and cook them. There is no doubt that it will be useful as a rice ball or in a lunch box!

ingredients(For 4 people (5.5 go rice cooker))

・Rice (washed rice) 2 go
・Chicken thigh 150g
・Carrots 1/4 (40g)
・Shimeji mushroom 1/2 pack (50g)
・Konjac 1/4 sheet (65g)
・Fried tofu 1/2 sheet (10g)
・water Appropriate amount

【Chicken seasoning】
・Liquor 1 tablespoon
・soy sauce 1 tsp

【Rice cooking seasoning】
・sweet sake 2 tablespoons
・salt 1/2 teaspoon
・soy sauce 1 tablespoon
・Japanese-style granules 1 tsp

How to make

1.Cut the carrots into small pieces. Cut off the roots of shimeji mushrooms and loosen them.

2.Divide the thickness of konjac into two equal parts and cut into 5mm width. For fried tofu, pour boiling water over it to drain the oil, and wipe off the water with kitchen paper. Cut in half and cut into 5mm width.

3.Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Put it in a bowl, add 【Chicken seasoning】 and mix well.
※Let’s rub it firmly until the water is gone.

4.Put rice, 【Rice cooking seasoning】, and water in the inner pot of the rice cooker to 2 mm below the scale of 2 go and mix to flatten the rice.

5.Spread carrots, shimeji mushrooms, konjac, fried tofu, and chicken on top and cook normally.
