Chicken and ginger bamboo shoot rice

A simple recipe that cuts the ingredients and has one switch. It is a simple cooked rice that you can enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients. Ginger is fluffy and fragrant.

Ingredients

For 2 people

・Rice (washed rice) 1 go
・Chicken thigh 80g
・Bamboo shoots [boiled in water] 80g
・Ginger 1/2
・water Appropriate amount

【seasoning】
・Liquor 1/2 tbsp
・sweet sake 1 tablespoon
・soy sauce 1 tablespoon
・Japanese-style granules 1/2 teaspoon
・salt a little

How to make

1.Cut chicken into 1 cm cubes.

2.Cut bamboo shoots into pieces that are easy to eat. Cut the ginger into julienne.

3.Put rice, 【seasoning】, and water in the inner pot of the rice cooker up to the scale of 1 go and mix them to flatten the rice. Spread chicken, bamboo shoots and ginger on top and cook normally.
