Recipe for “Ankoro Mochi Hot Sandwich” made from surplus cut rice cake

Ingredients

For 2 person

・Bread (cut into 8 pieces) 4 sheets
・Cutted rice cake 1 piece
・tsubu an 50g
・Salted butter 10g

How to make

1.Cut two slices of bread and cut your ears. Cut the rice cake into 2 cm squares. Wrap in wet kitchen paper and leave for 5 minutes.

2.Put the bean paste and cut rice cake on the bread, and put the bread with the ears removed from ①. and hold it lightly.

3.Put butter in a frying pan and heat, then put bread and bake on low heat until browned. Turn it over, cover and bake on low heat for 5 minutes. Cut in half diagonally.
