Teriyaki burger recipe with plenty of meat

Why don’t you make a teriyaki burger easily at home? Meat and teriyaki sauce are addictive. Please try it for a casual lunch.

・Table roll 2 pieces
・Lettuce (slice) 2 sheets
・Tomato (slice) 2 sheets
・mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

・Aibiki meat 300g
・Onions 1/2 piece
・Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
・Egg 1/2 piece
・Salt and pepper a little

・Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
・Sake 2 tablespoons
・Mirin 2 tablespoons
・Sugar 1 tablespoon

How to make

1.Cut lettuce to the size of buns

2.Cut tomatoes to a thickness of 1 cm

3.Finely chop the onions

4.Put 【☆】 in a bowl and knead well

5.Form the seeds into a round shape to the size of the buns, bake both sides in a frying pan, and take them out.

6.Wipe the frying pan clean with kitchen paper

7.Put 【★】 in a frying pan and boil until thickened.

8.Put the baked hamburger steak and entangle the sauce all over.

9.Cut the table roll in half. Stack in the order of buns → lettuce → teriyaki hamburger → mayonnaise → tomato → buns.
