Delicious heavyweight “oversized bacon cheeseburger” recipe

Kneading and baking are all OK with a frying pan. An excellent hamburger recipe that makes 4 servings at once. Please enjoy it with everyone.

Ingredients

For 4 people

・Bans Four

・cheese for pizza 100g

・Pepper 2 tsp

・tomato 4 pieces (round slices)

How to make

1.Bake the buns in a toaster for 5-6 minutes until browned.

2.Finely chop the onions. Put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it gently, and heat it in a 600 W range for 2 minutes to remove the rough heat. Cut red and yellow paprika into slices.

3.Put bread crumbs and milk in a bowl and moisten.

4.Put meat, onions, salt, pepper, eggs, and 3 in a frying pan and mix well by hand until sticky.

5.Place bacon, red and yellow paprika, cover and bake on low medium heat for about 15 minutes.

6.Place pizza cheese on top, cover and bake again on low medium heat until melted. Sprinkle with pepper and divide into 4 equal parts.

7.Put lettuce, tomato and ⑥ on the buns and sandwich.
