“Tsukimi burger” recipe for moon viewing

Autumn is the moon viewing. For fried eggs, make a handmade mold with aluminum foil and finish it in a round shape. The melted yolk is entwined and is excellent.

Ingredients

For 2 people

・Bans 2 pieces
・Aibiki meat 200g
・Cabbage (sliced) Appropriate amount
・egg 2 pieces
・Salad oil 1/2 tbsp

【For seeds】
・onion 1/2 piece (100g)
・Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
・milk 1 tablespoon
・Salt and pepper a little

【Aurora sauce】
・mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
・ketchup 1 tablespoon
・sugar 1 tsp

How to make

1.Put 【Aurora sauce】 in a bowl and mix (Aurora sauce).

2.Make a round mold with aluminum foil to fit the size of the buns.

3.Finely chop the onions. Put it in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600 W range for 1 minute to remove the rough heat.

4.Put bread crumbs and milk in a bowl and mix. Add minced meat, onions and salt and pepper and mix until sticky.

5.Divide it into two equal parts and mold it into a round shape according to the size of the buns (seed).

6.Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it, add the seeds and bake on medium heat until it turns brown, turn it over, cover it and bake it on low heat for 7 to 8 minutes (hamburger steak).

7.Wipe off the dirt from the frying pan, put a round shape of aluminum foil, and insert the egg inside. Cover and bake on low heat until the yolks are soft-boiled.
※If the eggs tend to stick to the frying pan, spread them with vegetable oil.

8.Sprinkle cabbage, hamburger and aurore sauce on half of the buns, put a fried egg on it, and sandwich it with the other buns. Make a total of 2 in the same way.
