Recipe for “grilled rice ball-style avocado rice burger” made with an omelet

Add creamy and nutritious avocado to rice burger. The fragrantly baked soy sauce rice and the rich avocado go perfectly together. It is a great dish for lunch on holidays, which can satisfy both children and adults.

Ingredients

2 pieces

・avocado 1 piece
・Cut-off beef 80g
・lettuce 2 sheets
・rice 2 bowls (400g)
・lemon juice 1 tsp
・Grilled meat sauce 1/2 tbsp
・soy sauce 1 tablespoon
・Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
・mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

How to make

1.For avocado, make a vertical cut and take out the seeds. Divide it into two equal parts vertically, slice it with the cut end facing down, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2.Put beef and grilled meat sauce in a heat-resistant bowl, mix, wrap softly, heat in a 600W range for 3 minutes, and cook.

3.Put rice and soy sauce in a bowl and mix.
※Use warm rice to make it easier to mix.

4.Put sesame oil (1 tbsp) in an omelet and spread it all over. Spread half of 3 flat, heat on low heat, and bake the bottom for about 10 minutes until crispy.

5.Place the lettuce on the lower half of the omelet while tearing it, and add half of each of beef, avocado, and mayonnaise.

6.From the back side, fold the rice in half. Make another one in the same way.
