Recipe for “lettuce burger” with an irresistible crispy texture

A hamburger with plenty of vegetables that makes lettuce look like buns. For hamburger steak, we recommend minced beef, which has a strong meat taste so as not to lose the presence of vegetables, but you can substitute minced meat if you like. Layer tomatoes and avocados together to make a satisfying dish.

Ingredients

・Ground beef 150g

・Bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
・milk 2 tablespoons

・Salad oil 1/2 tbsp
・lettuce 12 sheets (360g)
・Salt and pepper a little

How to make

1.Finely chop the onions. Put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it gently, and heat it in a 600 W range for 1 minute. Drain the water and remove the rough heat. Cut the avocado into 1 cm wide pieces.

2.Put bread crumbs and milk in a bowl and let it moist. Add minced beef, salt, pepper and onions and mix until sticky. Divide it into two equal parts and shape it into a circle with a thickness of about 1.5 cm while removing air.

3.Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add the seeds and bake on medium heat until browned. Turn it over and bake until browned, cover and bake on low heat for about 7 minutes and cook. Set to medium heat and add 【Source】 (hamburger steak)
